What happens after you contact us

The exact process depends on your needs, but typically we follow the steps below.

Send us an email describing your current situation and what you’d like to achieve. Bullet points or rough notes are perfectly fine.

2. Online call for further discussion

After we review your email, we may arrange an online call (voice or video) to go deeper into your needs and align our understanding.

3. Proposal & rough estimate

Based on your budget and timeline, we’ll suggest an appropriate level of involvement, and share a rough plan and estimate so you can consider next steps.

4. Execution & ongoing feedback

We support you on-site or remotely, and provide feedback and improvement ideas as needed throughout the project or event cycle.
