FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some of the questions we often receive about likeit.tokyo — venue and event consulting, music & visual production, pricing and how to contact us.
Since each project is different, please feel free to email us if you’re unsure how your case fits.

Q. At what stage can we ask for venue consulting?

You can contact us at any stage — from early concept to an already operating venue.
It’s completely fine if you’re at the “something feels off but we’re not sure what” stage. We can help you organize challenges around floor layout, event strategy, staffing, sound / lighting, and bar workflow.

Q. Is it okay if our idea is still vague?

Yes, absolutely. Most people reach out while things are still fuzzy. Rough bullet points, keywords, or a short story about your venue or event are more than enough to start.

Q. What kinds of music and visual production can you handle?

Under the dj_hiro name, we produce original tracks, AI-assisted music videos, VJ loops and short visuals for events and spaces. Commercial use is possible — just let us know your intended usage when you contact us.

Q. Do you have fixed pricing plans?

No fixed plans at the moment. Pricing depends heavily on the scope, duration and frequency of support. We usually review your email, have a short online call if needed, then suggest a rough plan and estimate.

Q. Can you visit our venue in person?

For venues in Tokyo (and nearby areas), on-site visits are possible depending on schedule. In some cases we may ask you to cover transportation costs. We can also work fully online if that’s more convenient.

Q. Should we contact you by email or by phone?

We strongly prefer that you contact us by email first at info@likeit.tokyo.
Phone is mainly for urgent situations. Please note that we’re generally unable to respond to sales or unsolicited marketing calls.

Q. Can we also ask about other LIKEIT Group brands (3beach, 3kids8, music8, etc.) here?

Each brand has its own primary contact channel, but if you’re unsure where to start, you can email likeit.tokyo and we’ll help route your inquiry to the right place when possible.

Q. Can you work under an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement)?

Yes. If your project requires an NDA, please mention this in your first email. We’ll review the details and respond on what is feasible.
